Step 1: Develop Job Requirements

Step 2: Deep Dive into Our Database

Once we have your basic requirements for the job, we’ll dive into our database of candidates to look for matches. We’ll also create a “hot list” which includes referrals, individuals who have been successful in the past with our programs, those who have posted on our database, and anyone who passed a preliminary search.

Step 3: Interview Process

After we’ve collected a batch of potential candidates, we move to the interview phase, a thorough process that may include the following checkpoints:
